Experience in site management installations working with multi-disciplined engineer (mechanical, electrical and programmers) and staff. Working on site to plan and progress installations. Liaison with factory management and technical staff.

Many years experience of design and development of new products. Resolution of manufacturing problems in sites located World-wide. Project management of cost reduction exercises involving resourcing components from overseas. Quality and reliability improvement. Directing teams of technical personnel.

Major site and factory relocation or closure

Working closely with higher management at the early stages of the process to formulate relocation or closure of site /factory prior to initial announcement. Planning both relocation and closure of existing premises, working with higher management prior to announcements through complete process.

Property Development

We have completed a number of properties to very high standards. Installing new bathrooms, kitchens and updating or replacing complete heating systems. Redesigning layout the maximise space. Updating electrical systems and installing networks to future proof the house.
