Mike Buttriss, Director, has many years experience of design, planning and project management of products/ programmes, full life cycle, concept to completion.

· Scoping of projects to obtain estimates of costs/time and resources required.

· Project planning using MSProject to define projects and also cost and advanced resource management techniques

· Using Word and advanced Excel techniques to report information in easily understandable format

· Design concepts and research.

· Resourcing of components and assemblies from overseas.

· Major manufacturing site relocation and closure experience, working with higher management prior to announcements through redundancy of staff to final assets disposal.

· Site management of installation of multi-million pound overhead computer controlled conveyor systems.

· Experience of operating cost down programs and production improvement. Familiar with SPC, Poke Yoke and Taguchi methods.
